Primary Research Focus
Dr. Kurt Griffin focuses his research interests on the immunology of type 1 diabetes (T1D). As part of the Sanford Project, Dr. Griffin is responsible for the design, performance and interpretation of multicenter clinical studies in recent-onset T1D working towards the ultimate objective of curing the disease.
